OPTIMAL Project presented at international D-Photon 2023 conference

The OPTIMAL project was presented at the 3rd International Conference on Dielectric Photonic Devices and Systems Beyond Visible: Merging Optics and Microwaves (D-Photon 2023) held in Bari, Italy from July 11-13, 2023. The conference covered a wide range of research topics, with a focus on the design and fabrication techniques of optical and photonic devices and systems made of dielectric materials. Additionally, the conference placed particular emphasis on recent research areas that blend optics and microwaves. The OPTIMAL presentation covered the scope and objective of the project, as well as discussing machine learning methods that are currently being applied within WP4.
