OPTIMAL Project presented at the SPIE Photonics Europe 2024 conference

The OPTIMAL project was presented at the SPIE Photonics Europe 2024 conference in Strasbourg, France from April 7-11, 2024. SPIE Photonics Europe is the leading European event for optics and photonics research, featuring a wide range of topics from digital optics to quantum technologies. The event includes technical presentations, networking sessions, and an exhibition. The OPTIMAL presentation covered the scope and objective of the project, as well as discussed the evaluation of grayscale laser lithography accuracy using benchmark artifacts that are currently being applied within WP4.
