OPTIMAL Presented at the Day of Photonics 2025 at the University of Žilina!

On 25 November 2025, the Day of Photonics was organized at the University of Žilina as a full-day event dedicated to the promotion of photonics education and research. The event brought together students, university academics, teachers, and researchers, as well as invited colleagues from the Slovak Academy of Sciences in Bratislava and the Technical University of Ostrava (Czech Republic). Approximately 30 students and 25 teachers and researchers participated in the event. As part of the program, the OPTIMAL project was presented through a brief introduction incorporated into the scientific presentations. The event was further enriched by interactive activities designed for students, fostering engagement and encouraging interest in photonics and related research fields.
